Karalyn P. Buono, Esq.

ATTORNEY

Karalyn P. Buono, Esq. was born and raised in Staten Island, NY.Karalyn’s legal work is focused Estate Planning and Estate Administration. As an Estate Planning attorney, Karalyn meets with clients to advise, educate and draft the right estate plan for them. Karalyn also works with clients to become appointed Executor/Administrator of a deceased persons estate. In addition to Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Karalyn also represents small businesses. In this role, Karalyn reviews and drafts numerous types of business documents, including Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements, and Business Corporation Shareholders Agreements and Bylaws.

Saher Chaudhary, Esq.

ATTORNEY

Saher Chaudhary, Esq. is a New Jersey native focused on representing sellers and purchasers in New York and New Jersey commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as business law matters.Saher graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2018, where she majored in Human Resources Management and minored in Labor Relations. She then attended New York Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2021. Prior to and during law school, Saher interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she gained valuable negotiation experience in the mediation and legal departments. After passing the July 2021 Uniform Bar Exam, Saher was admitted to the State Bars of New York and New Jersey in early 2022. She began her career practicing residential real estate law and wills, trusts, and estates in Staten Island. Saher then went on to handle individual and class action consumer litigation matters. She worked on cases on behalf of consumers against mortgage servicers, motor vehicle sellers, tech companies, and various other businesses in both State and Federal Court.
